    May~October: 10:30 ~ 21:00 everyday
    November~December: 10:30 ~ 20:30 / Friday ~ Sunday (public holiday) 10:30 ~ 21:00

    Restaurants: 11:00 ~ 21:00 everyday (Siheung Premium Outlets : 10:30 ~ 21:00 everyday)
    We are open everyday except Korean New Year and Chuseok

    * Closed on Lunar New Year’s Day and the day of Chuseok
    * Jeju Premium Center does not operate restaurants.

  • Shoppers eligible for tax free shopping:
    - If you have a permanent residence outside South Korea
    - If you are a foreign visitor to South Korea (visit duration less than 6 months)
    - If you are of South Korean nationality living oversees for more than 2 years (visit duration less than 3 months)
    - No income from a company located in South Korea
    Minimum purchase amount:
    - KRW 30,000

    *Busan Premium Center does not offer an on-site tax refund service.

    * In the case of Jeju Premium Center, you can contact the staff when paying.

    Customers eligible for kiosk refund:
    - If you have a passport or credit card (VISA, JCB, AMEX)
    - Purchase worth KRW 30,000-2,000,000. Split receipt for purchase worth over KRW 2,000,000
    - Not valid for tax free forms from stores marked with Global Blue or KTIS.

  • Yeoju, Paju, Busan, Siheung Premium Outlets
    There are nursing (lactation) rooms are provided for mothers. There is a water fountain, microwave, baby changing tables.

    Jeju Premium Center
    You can use the nursing room facilities in Shinhwa Theme Park, Shinhwa Water Park, and Landing Resort in Jeju Shinhwa World.

    Strollers are available for infants aged 2~24 months at the information center
    How to rent: Leave your ID card at the information desk upon rental (10:30–21:00 in the summer season or 10:30–20:30 in the winter season)

    Jeju Premium Center
    If you stay in Marriott Resort, you can rent it in the Marriott Resort concierge.
    If you use Shinhwa Theme Park, you can rent it in the rental place at the entrance of Shinhwa Theme Park.

  • Yeoju, Paju, Busan, Siheung Premium Outlets
    Pets are allowed at Premium Outlets centers as long as you follow the center's guidelines on pets.
    Please not that pets are not allowed in stores, food courts and restaurants.

    Jeju Premium Center
    You cannot bring your companion animal, except for helper dogs.
    You can use a paid pet hotel service when you make an advance reservation through “Animal Go Park” located in Shinhwa Square.
  • Please contact the call center (1644-4001) and we will direct you to each center's information desk.
  • Each Premium Outlets center offers mobile phone charging service at it's information desk.
    * Jeju Premium Center does not operate charging service.
  • Exchange and refund policies depend on each store. We recommend that you check the product and size before purchase
  • Shinsegae Gift Certificates can be used at all stores in Premium Outlets centers in Korea and you may also purchase them at the information center.
    * The use of Shinsegae gift certificates may be restricted in some brands.
